General Returns Policy

You may return items sold and filled by Richmond Plastic Surgeons within 30 days of delivery for a full credit to your account. Items should be returned in their original packaging. This page outlines the details of our returns policy rules:

Items That Are Not Returnable

Richmond Plastic Surgeons does not accept returns of the following items - Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago.

Orders Returned After 30 Days

Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will not appear in the list of orders eligible for return in our online returns center.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call us at (804) 521-3025 to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the unopened original item to our office. We will exchange it and credit/debit accordingly.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased from Richmond Plastic Surgeons can be returned to the physical practice.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. For standard ground service to anywhere in the continental U.S., please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. There will be a shipping and handling charge applied to your account. This may vary according to the weight of your package.
