39 year old woman with 250 cc saline implants placed 14 years ago by an unknown surgeon. Bra size 34 C. She suffered rippling and medial malposition of her implants. She came to see Dr. Ladocsi requesting larger implants and a correction of the malposition and rippling. Postop pictures taken 3 months after implant removal, revision and placement of new 300 cc gel implants.
