Direct Payment Options

We are happy to accept cash, debit or credit cards, or cashier’s checks. Full payment is due prior to your surgery date. We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express and Discover.

*Please note there is a 3% surcharge added to all non-cash, check or debit card payments.

Cherry Financing

Cherry Financing offers flexible, no-interest, and low-interest payment plans that allow patients to pay for treatments over time via a fast, 60-second, soft-credit check application.

CareCredit®

We are pleased to offer our patients financing through CareCredit®, one of the nation’s most popular financing programs for medical procedures.

CareCredit® offers a number of flexible plans, easy online application, and same-day approval. Many plans offer up to six to 12 months with no interest for qualified applicants. You can use CareCredit® for non-surgical treatments as well as any cosmetic surgery procedure you have with us at Richmond Plastic Surgeons.

Insurance

In general, cosmetic procedures are considered elective and therefore not covered by insurance. The patient is solely responsible for payment.

If you are having a reconstructive procedure, our office will work with you and your insurance company to determine what portion may be covered by insurance. In Virginia, health insurance companies are required by law to provide coverage for breast reconstruction following mastectomy.
