Enhancing the breasts via fat transfers is a two-step process. First, the fat is harvested from another part of your body, such as the hips, abdomen, thighs or back. The amount of fat that is removed will only make a slight change in the appearance of the donor area. If you have liposuction specifically to remove larger amounts of fat, we can use that fat for your breast augmentation. Liposuction requires very small incisions through which a special tube, known as a cannula, is inserted. The cannula is connected to a suction device and performs two operations — dislodging the fat and removing it from the body.
