Patient Description
This woman has BRCA1 gene mutation which increases her lifetime risk for breast cancer. She had prophylactic mastectomies to reduce this risk, and reconstruction by Dr. Hubert with DIEP flaps at the same time. One touch-up surgery helped to lift the breasts and make new nipples. She decided against areolar tattoos.
