After two injuries to her nose as an infant and as a teenager, this young woman wanted her nose to be straighter and thinner. Dr. Hubert performed an “open tip” rhinoplasty with a tiny scar across the thin skin between her nostrils. He straightened her nose by “rebreaking” it. And he refined the appearance of the tip of the nose by molding the cartilage. She also had liposuction of her neck.
