Dr. Wornom’s patient is 16 years old. He was born with a complete left unilateral cleft lip and cleft palate, which Dr. Wornom repaired when the patient was a baby. These photos show the results after his most recent surgery: a functional septorhinoplasty for trouble breathing and a deviated nose. His breathing is much better now and he has an improved nasal appearance.
