This is a 50 year old mother of one with large breasts which were causing her back and neck pain. She was also bothered by the extra skin and fatty tissue of her trunk. Her mommy makeover included a breast reduction, with removal of 729 g of tissue from the right breast and 759 g of tissue from the left breast. It also included a full tummy tuck, placing the scar in the bikini line, and liposuction of her flanks (650 cc from the right and 750 cc from the left). Her symptoms related to her heavy and large breasts resolved completely, and she got a flat tummy with a new waistline.
