This 59-year-old woman wanted to look refreshed, but “not like someone else”. Her examination shows excess skin and fatty tissue of her upper and lower eyelids, and a “tear-trough” between her lower eyelid and midface. She had an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat-grafting of the tear-trough by Dr. Ladocsi. She had a smooth recovery and is very pleased with her results. Her eyes are “uncovered”, her “tear-trough” is erased and she looks like herself, but younger, healthier and more refreshed. Her postop pictures were taken 8 months after her surgery.
