This 74-year-old woman has been a patient of Dr. Wornom for 6 years. He first operated on her in 2017 with a lower face and neck lift, earlobe reduction and fat grafting to her central face. She has had Botox and filler on and off since then. Dr. Wornom redid her lower facelift 6 years after the first surgery, with some additional fat grafting.
